Apartment Scheme

Residential Development in Hackney

24 Apartment with restaurant and office space scheme to be submitted for Planning Permission in August.

The building is designed to have a simple and well proportioned form which sits comfortably next to the existing Victorian facade.

Windows are staggered and vary in size as the use behind varies.  These are broken up by recessed balconies to create interest and provide amenity to the flats.  Ground floor is proposed to be a restaurant taking advantage of the terrace to the street.  The top floor is set back to provide amenity with views south over London.

CGI by Peter Guthrie.

The building is designed to have a simple and well proportioned form which sits comfortably next to the existing facade at 199-205 Richmond Road.  The brick is chosen to match that of the new buildings at 199-205 and compliment the retained facade.
Windows are staggered and vary in size as the use behind varies.  These are broken up by recessed balconies to create interest and provide amenity to the flats.  Ground floor is proposed to be restaurant use and the glazing expresses this and doors open out onto the landscaped area.  All upper windows to this facade are residential.  The top floor is set back to provide amenity with views south over London Fields.
